Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, market manipulation, money laundering, unauthorized access, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, use of automated scripts or bots without permission, or any activity intended to deceive or harm others.

4. Compliance and Monitoring

Cryptharbor reserves the right to monitor activity, request identity verification, impose transaction limits, and suspend or terminate accounts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency-related activities involve substantial risk, including price volatility, operational risks, technological failures, regulatory changes, and potential loss of funds. Users acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Platform.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. Cryptharbor shall not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in warnings, account suspension, termination, forfeiture of benefits, or reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
